The Office of Student Affairs contributes positively to the quality of student life and promotes the recognition of dental students as essential elements of the academic community. The Associate Dean for Student Affairs oversees and coordinates the activities of the Office of Student Affairs, and acts as student advocate. The Office of Student Affairs promotes student growth and development by establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with each class through class officers, informing faculty and administration of student issues and concerns, maintaining an academic counseling system, publishing and distributing a Student Handbook and a Student Directory, overseeing an awards and scholarship program.
